BACKGROUND

A landmark in downtown Madrid

Gran Vía 43 is a true flagship property offering 2,382 sqm of prime retail space on Madrid´s most famous city centre high street. This landmark location is popular with both tourists and locals alike, welcoming over 75,000 visitors per day.

MARKET RESEARCH

In search of and identity

Spain is the second most visited country in the world and Madrid is the most visited city in Spain. Positive growth in consumer spending is helping to drive retail sales in Madrid, supported by a 16% increase in international tourist spending and a 4% increase in tourism overall in 2018. This trend is expected to continue as a result of the ongoing transformation of the city centre.

BRAND & VISUAL IDENTITY

Lifestyle

The visual identity of the project is based on the realization of a Premium brand that lives up to its prime location. The selected colors as well as the typography and graphic styles have been designed to evoke attraction and provoke desire.

WEB DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT 


A user-focused, mobile-first, responsive project

The landing website of Granvia 43 collects a series of interesting visuals of the project giving small pills of what the future commercial space will be like. The objective is focused on the collection of records for the progressive visits of potential tenants that this spectacular retail space will have.

INTERIOR DESIGN AND IMAGINERY 

The project

Thinking about possible future tenants, we have designed a 3-level store that takes full advantage of the space. The elegant lines, the avant-garde finishes together with a neutral lighting and colors, make the visual understanding of the exhibition space easier. The interior patio stands out where we have projected a green wall with a floor of stepped glass, which introduces light into the interior.

We brought the project to life

The video of Gran Vía 43 is designed to show the dynamism of the most emblematic street in Spain. We have made different timelapses to be able to reflect the huge volume of people who spend daily in this context. Inside, music and beautiful interiors merge to discover each of the most representative spaces of this exclusive store.
