Brilten, owner of the building, together with the architecture studio Batlle i Roig Arquitectes and PGI Engineering, have started to create a unique and exclusive design, thus providing the utmost sustainability and comfort to the workplace. The project incorporates a comprehensive program of specific measures to position the building as one of the most sustainable and efficient of Barcelona’s office market, achieving significant power consumption reduction due to its LEED GOLD certification and power monitoring and management systems.
