The building is located in one of the best locations in Salamanca and is positioned as one of the most exclusive residential offerings in the city. We were commissioned to redesign the interior of the common areas including five main areas; access and lobby, patio, spa, gym and community rooftoom.

We did an extensive investigation of common areas with similar qualities, creating an atmosphere for what we wanted to convey. Open spaces, light-coloured walls and luxurious finishes are just some of the things that we had in mind while designing the interiors of this incredible development.

Our design has been based on the reinterpretation of the characteristic elements that include the reform of the building, which incorporates fir wood slats in the living rooms and terraces of the new homes. In this way, we endow the building with a design unit, trying to make the people who inhabit it perceive each corner of the property as an element of its identity.

We have designed using noble materials such as wood, white marble, slate and black marble imitation porcelain for the elaboration of the continuous bench of the lobby and reception desk. Special attention has been paid to the lighting of all areas, using luminaires integrated within the architecture and prioritizing indirect lighting.

For the execution of the work, we carried out an exhaustive technical documentation project, including a detailed graphic documentation for the architectural elements, finishes plans, lighting, custom furniture design, search for suppliers and material execution quotations.

Bringing the project to life

Parallel to the redesign of the common spaces, we were commissioned to develop a showroom and commercial office for the sale of the properties, placed in a retail store in the historic city center. The commission included the simulation of a living room, main bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, exhibition area, waiting area and customer service area.

The spirit of the showroom had to reflect the design of the future homes, so we again used wood as a connecting element to define the main spaces, combined with black walls for exhibition areas and high-quality porcelain floors, on an installation of underfloor heating that will incorporate these exclusive homes.

The technical documentation required included meticulous detailed plans of architecture, finishes, custom furniture, branded furniture and decor of each corner of the showroom, all to simulate a real house in use.

Finally, we carried out an extensive 3D visualization documentation of a repeated apartment in the building, to show how these exclusive homes will look in the future. We developed a series of 12 still images and a 360º virtual tour, both including a high-quality finish, and the interior design of each of the main rooms.
