Passeig de Gràcia avenue is located within the Eixàmple neighborhood, in the center of Barcelona, just over a kilometer from the beach and close to the famous 22@ technology district. Located on the same street are also some of the most important modernist buildings in Spain, such as La Casa Batlló or Casa Milá.

Passeig de Gràcia 30 is located in an emblematic building that is part of the neoclassical tradition of the neighborhood. The rehabilitation work that has been carried out is designed to create a different space in the center of Barcelona. Taking advantage of the great architectural value of its facades, a contrast between the most distinguished of the past and the most functional of the future has been sought. Its design is totally avant-garde and has all the comforts of the most modern constructions.

We did an extensive investigation of common areas with similar qualities, creating an atmosphere for what we wanted to convey. Open spaces, light-coloured walls and luxurious finishes are just some of the things that we had in mind while designing the interiors of this incredible development.

In the beginning, the origins of industrial Barcelona were closely linked to the manufacture of printed cotton fabrics (Telas indianas), which, due to their exclusive nature, were in high demand by the Catalan bourgeoisie. Used to decorate the home, they became a symbol of refinement, elegance and distinction, at the same time that they contributed to consolidating the development and proliferation of Barcelona's economy. Passeig de Gràcia street is closely related to this heritage, and we decided to use the fabrics as the main inspiration for the branding.
